Culture at Loop Health?

It is good company and founders vision is good. People sitting with managerial positions or staying from beginning of the company like founding engg does not help you. They have created toxic environment. Founding engg members create a mess which you need to cleanup and they won't help you with anything. Loop health managers famously known for their fire strategy of new employees without notice period payment and terminate with base pay. I would urge you to look out for better company in meanwhile as company is also losing accounts badly to the competitors. Toxic environment and nobody gives shit about your family preferences or work life balance.
