how good is capgemini as compared to Deloitte ? i am currently working at Deloitte, but i have been offered role in Capg., is it good to quit big 4 and work in Capgemini ?

If you think of the brand value, Deloitte will weigh more, however if you are getting a good hike with a good role that aligns with long term career vision, then definitely go for the switch
