Deloitte Hr Discussion TimeLine

I had interview with Deloitte a couple of weeks ago and I have cleared both technical and partner round,later than the hr called me on cellphone and started negotiating salary and max he offered was 27 percent.I was expecting atleast 40 percentage on which he told me boss u have 3 months notice period and there is some band blahh blaah ..I told him atleast 30 percentage hike is min for switching a company.he said he will talk to buisness and come back ..now 5 days have passed and I have not heard from him .Any suggestions what shall I do ,will I get to hear from him ? Or should I move on and not negotiate any salary with hrs just say yes to whatever slave salary they encarve on us ?
