I have good offer from other company but Deloitte India is not ready to accept counter also offer given is very low like 1-2 extra

Is Deloitte india worth considering looking at future growth and everything?

Actually other offers are easily going beyond 50% hike but Deloitte india is giving only 30% over fixed so effectively 10-12% hike
