Hi guys, I had attended an interview at Deloitte a month back with 2 rounds. Being second round the last round. After that i didn't receive any update from the recruitment team or from HR.
Recently I received an email like 'Deloitte-Next Steps' with the attached contents mentioned as pre-hire. Does this mean I am shortlisted i can expect the offer or is it just for verification?
If in this email HR has asked about your ctc and other documents then its a shortlist. Once you fill these details then only your candidature will be processed further for offer release.
