I want to interview for PMM role at startup and currently working as PM. What all should i need to learn?
May I know what is your reason to shift, usually PMMs want to shift to PM role. Nevertheless, for PMM the most important is positioning the product(the while reasoning and rationale) and messaging. GTM strategy is also required.
