Just have the handover documents done properly, the rest can just fk off.

There is a thought to why your manager is doing this but that's not your problem now, so just chill.
Just work from 4pm to 6pm during your NP.

That's a bit shitty of them to be scolding you during notice period They think they have some hold over you - is it that you need their network/help in life in future?

If not, then chill.

@AlphaGrindset actually my manager is acting weird. Means as if his ego got hurt somewhere n is trying to get in my nerves 😮‍💨 and mine is early release so he gets to decide my release date.

Notice period is another honeymoon period.. Just chill. Also, if you have another offer just throw that unnecessary tantrum. Keep the handover procedure smooth. Sorted!

Im also serving np and my manager is not talking to me. When I demo, this guy used to ask 100 questions and now nothing. Kind of like it 😂. I would say just chill.

Why do you care about work while on notice period? Just ignore your boss and chill

My manager was giving me more and more work in the last month,
I pissed him by replying to his every text half an hour late.

I did not pick his calls, replied on text that I was busy.

He threatened me over the call that you are a kid, if we cross paths in any company later in the career, I'll be doomed as he would still be senior to me.

It has been almost 1.5 years since I left. Never seeing his face again.

I'm serving the Notice period. And my manager don't bother me, he is a really good person.

Starting to feel it's common. I had a similar experience.
First job - attitude of my boss, changed completely. It was as if like I was dead. I would not get any email, meeting invites. Nothing. 30 days i literally did nothing. Second job - wanted to give a decent handover. My boss, she went around nitpicking, got pissed off and didn't do anything after that. After a week she realised it and stopped talking.

They can’t necessarily make you work during NP. It’s the most relaxing time, take benefit of that before your next job. Keep all the leaving documents ready. If worst comes to the worst they’ll prepone your LWD. Hopefully that won’t be a problem for you.

What's worse that can happen during notice period

Hi guys

I am not able to deliver my work because of personal commitments. And I have informed my manager about my problems. They still expect me to put in 10 hours of work. And status updates are being taken by the director also.
