Does anyone have a view on pre sales consulting roles with human capital management solutions like Darwinbox? And how worthy is it to shift from people consulting practice at Big4?

I've been working as a Software developer with a total of 2.5 years of exp in an MNC. I want to explore other areas like consulting. Can y'all suggest how I can get started and would I be a fool to try applying to the Big4?
