In Bangalore there's MTR, Arogya Ahaar, Asha Tiffin, Udupi and other tiffin rooms where you get good thali or idli dosa breakfast in under 100 rs.

Depends, you have to talk to lot of local vendors, i used to take from a store in sector 43 Sushant Lok. Plus do your own due diligence like checking their kitchen, store's condition.

Prices were - 120/thali, 3000/month/1 time (like dinner/lunch), 5000/month/2 times a day)
