DSA or Dev? Freelance or Full time?

Hi!

I am on notice period, which will be ending next month. I had an offer which has been revoked due to the company's finance.

I'm very much confused about what to do next. I have experience of around 2.5 years and I didn't practice DSA for a long time. Whenever I apply anywhere some ask for backend, some ask for frontend.

Sometimes I'm doing Java, springboot revision, sometimes I have to jump to React, javascript and sometimes just doing DSA. And things ain't moving forward.

I try to prepare for Java if the company asks Java. This has created all the mess. I had two months but I didn't strengthen my DSA due to not having clarity in my head. And still I'm unclear on which path to go.

I got some freelancing projects, shall I pursue freelancing? But I think it won't give me depth in my engineering.

Not sure what to do. Overwhelmed by everything.
