My understanding is that those pays have ESOPS or RSUs or stocks as well.
And I noticed GV sometimes doesn’t show those stocks in the breakup of the pay.

Breakup actually comprises of FIX + VARIABLE + Stocks. So 60 + 150 + 0 is mind boggling

Nope, not real. Many of those top salaries appears to be fake. You too can submit such salary for yourself, try claiming in the salary tab that you earn 5000 lakhs/annum!
