Duration of business stint
Can anyone from HR team of icici bank tell that when the transition of this year mt-hrs would happen ?please also specify the reason for delay.

I don’t think there are icici HRs here. How long do you have your wealth management stint? Usually it is between 6-9 months. Remind your hr poc as they probably don’t realise you are in the system
It's already passed 6 months for me and for April batch it's already passed 7 months .we are constantly mailing the HR spoc but the reply is they will let us know soon and it will be before we complete 1 year as in the offer letter it is mentioned that the business stint can be upto 1 year or as per business requirements.
Did you ask last year MTs who went through that stint? Can understand as the profile adds zero value from a HR point of view. ICICI used to have huge attrition in HR as well
