IIMs are a step down from Amazon. If you want to do an MBA in India then do it from ISB. Best would be Ivy Leagues, and then INSEAD France.

Why ISB?

Because it focuses on candidates with work experience. IIMs are filled with freshers

So many misconceptions in this thread. Lemme try to help step by step -

  1. What is normal (or abnormal) MBA?
  2. If you are talking about 1-year MBA programs (I know IIMs fucked the nomenclature), it has on-campus placements.
  3. I would say, you are at the sweet spot for MBA (from international standards). If you choose to do it, don’t delay further.
  4. ISB & IIMs (1 yr) can be a good idea at this stage; foreign MBAs if you can make all those trade-offs

Go for full time. Exec will have peer group with 10+ years of experience.

Go abroad bro if you are comfortable with idea of working abroad. India T1 MBAs wont be able to do much for you (ISB, IIMs). Your profile is lit, fight it out in gmat, and go abroad. Indian MBAs mein not much value addition either through course or exposure or placementwise.

if T1 then anything is better, any other college then normal full time is better. Immediately after you finish your MBA, degree matters to corporates not knowledge. anyways book knowledge is waste.
