I have worked for TCS for 5 years and then joined a PBC in 2021. They laid me off and it completely destroyed me. It made my heart break and I got really depressed. I consulted a psychiatrist and they prescribed me so much Alprazolam which made me feel very foggy. I got really suicidal.
I did some L$D with my friends and it completely shifted my perspective. Next day when the high wore off, I decided that I needed to switch my life around. Started CAT prep last year and got through. Life is getting better now. I work out very hard now and take care of my protein. Made sure that I stop doing mind numbing drugs and focus on Omega3s, B12, D3, Zin, C etc.
