Finding difficult to clear interviews

Hi folks,

I have been part of one company for 9 years. I feel like bored and mundane. I am trying to switch jobs for past one and half year and unable to crack any interviews. Each interview slips because of some reason. Now my current company based on my performance asked me to find job somewhere else within in few months.. I am still unable to clear interviews.. Sometimes feel very downward because of this but deep inside I feel like I am more worth than this.. Market is also so uncertain now.. My salary is 32L.. I feel like I am stuck in my career. Any advice or recommendation?

Were you an IC or manager in any of the WITCH firm or product firm for the last 9 years? What is your daily routine in your current work? What's your skillset?

Part of a product company.. I write java code, debug and test... Feel like my salary is inflated in the current market condition. Other company thinks they have to pay more for me to get recruited..

Salary may be inflated. Try to upgrade your skills, get an AWS solution architect or learn to react so that firms may reach out to you. Also, now firms definitely think whether to pay more compensation in this market.

Also, in the interest of time, try to check jobs in LinkedIn in mid tier consultancy firms until the mkt recovers. No harm to switch from product to consultancy firms.

I think every company thinks of that.
