Flat Hunting in gurugram
I will be joining in Jun/Jul’25 in Amex Gurugram. How does one look for flats here and what are typical rents? Any tips will he appreciated

If you can get mygate access you can search for rentals through the app itself. Direct from owners and none of the brokerage nonsense.
Avg rents are: 20-25k for 1 bhk..25k-40k 2 bhk.. check fb group as mentioned in comments, call brokers listed online, visit different flats and pgs urself. Spend 1-2 days exploring different options before 1 month of joining

I stayed in nearby pgs. Then searched the flats by manually walking in colonies
Through Brokers is the obvious option. But you can also join Facebook groups like Flats and Flatmates Gurgaon for no-brokerage leads. There are flat hunting channels on Company slack too.
