Flipkart Cancels Work From Home PERMANENTLY!

Why are all these big giants Amazon, Flipkart, TCS, etc. are slowly ending the WFH culture?

Countries like Japan are moving towards 4 day work week in order to boost employee wellness and productivity,

And in India, we still have Babu Managers and Senior Management who believe their employees are kids who can't work efficiently from home.

How difficult it is to understand that your employees are humans with real families too! Plus the wastage of time, effort and fuel in traffic is REAL!

Why the hell you can't let us work in peace! They are not even exploring Hybrid cultures, straightaway cancelling WFH.

Covid gave us all a gift and I guess we are finally losing it now😣
