Flipkart has frozen increments

Flipkart announced no increments for this year above a particular grade. Mid-senior to senior folks are going to miss out on increments basis the last appraisal.

lol explain generosity here, the avg hike in the last 3-4 year end appraisals was around 6%, soon at this rate we will reach the pay levels of service companies and no on-site opportunities

Yes Recykal is great and even founders are very knowledgeable but yes it's startup culture work pressure is high and yes tech teams are very less compared to other teams and the learning curve is very high if you handle pressure.
