Fresher with 10 LPA (Base) offer. Should I negotiate?

I got a job offer of 10 LPA base as a Business Analyst at a BFSI company. The work is full remote with an option to do hybrid as well. The office is in Bangalore and I really want to move there since it’s just the starting of my career and I feel like I could learn a lot by being in office, but idk if I can afford Bangalore rent and COL with this base. Any inputs (including your thoughts on if I should stay remote or move to Bangalore) are appreciated.

Negotiating at your first job is useless. And you’ll learn more by wfh and just upskilling using youtube, udemy and libgen. Office is hectic and useless

I feel like networking is very important, especially in a place like Bangalore, no? Isn't hybrid the best option if he can afford to move there?

I just noticed he isn’t a developer. Yes he has to network then and actually go out and meet people. But yeah if he decided to level up early get skilled efc wfh is fine. It’s his choice

10L is a good start at BLR. Go for it and focus on upskilling yourself

10LPA is decent for fresher as BA. You should come down to Bangalore as the learning curve will be steep with colleagues/peers. COL depends on lifestyle. Be humble in initial days (share a flat/house) and you would be good to go.
