Who knows? Best to diversify your skill and not keep it specific to an industry right ? If you’re good at analysis in general you can market yourself that way instead of marketing yourself to be an analyst in cricket only.

Another view is - you’re an analyst in sports so maybe you could switch to another hot sport in future.
