Yes, this is mostly the stupid influencer world lingo. Even actual feminists would find it cringe. It completely dismisses the idea of equity and equality, by creating a separate term altogether for women using the existing gender-neutral titles.

Personally feel the same, but I understand that motivation is required to uplift women and LGBTQA, who otherwise would cite patriarchy as the blocker for their success. Feels weird they have to always attach a female word to every position or achievement, but hey, if they’re happy with it, then good for them. Definitely isn’t equality if you keep doing it
