Don't buy the REs , Go for Honda CB 350 RS. Very reliable, less vibration and classic

Any opinion on Triumph speed 400

Initial reviews are good but personally I would be hesitant to buy a very newly launched bike. CB350 is good, a friend owns one + hondas are great in general

Driving a bike for 200kms is that even comfortable in first place?

ZestyBurrito
ZestyBurrito

100 km in morning and 100 km in evening. Rarely but yes.

Close your eyes and go with Honda Highness CB350. Actually, no. Don't close your eyes yet because you'll have problems choosing a good color. Lack of good color options and nasty front brakes are the only downsides in Highness.

No doubt it is a good bike, but there are more downsides to it as well. Lack of service centres and spares in Tier 2 cities. This bike is limited to Bigwing, remember. And the tall gearing makes you want to go through the gears more often than usual to get some quick acceleration. Other than that its a good bike.

RE classic 350

Might I suggest the RE Classic 350? It is a good bike and highly comfortable for short or long distances. Has a torque heavy engine so you can either lug around in traffic or cruise on the highway easily (upto 100kmph). And RE has a vast dealership and service network in many tier-2 and 3 cities as well, so managing the bike won’t be an issue (a big plus here when compared to the Honda and the Jawa/Yezdi)

The bike is a bit on the heavier side but you do get used to the weight and should suit your height.

Honda cb350, RS and Hness both good.

For Bike and auto enthusiasts!!

I am a noob at bike but have some disposable $$ to put into a good bike. The current idea is to go for a decent bike which isn't too much over the top. The budget goes from 2lakh to 5 lakh. It isn't a rational buy but a emotional buy.
