Got offer from EY GDS
I have received an offer from EY GDS with below profile:
Role: Associate Project Manager CTC : 30 Fixed + 10% variable Experience: 6 years - Java SB + React Location: Bangalore
Current compensation: 21.5 fixed + 8% variable total around 24.5 LPA - (Leading Fintech Product Based)
My current CTC will revise in 1 month and will be at least around 24 fixed and around 27 total CTC.
I had applied for Engineer position at EY GDS, but have got this role.
Please let me know how much I can negotiate? Is it worth the trouble to relocate from Gurgaon and from Product Based Fintech to EY GDS?
How much should I negotiate? Can this role having manager tag impact my future job prospect in tech?

EY GDS always lowball, they did same with me when I interviewed so I had to leave EY GDS. I suggest re-negotiating with them about money. They won't change but still try from your end, else stay where you are and look for better opportunity with the offer letter EY provided you.
Why are you even thinking to switch without a 50% hike atleast
Your current comp is also not very high so ask for atleast 35+
