Guys I dont have any friends irl

I find it difficult to interact with people in my office, although there are a lot of nice people in my office i but somehow not able to interact, also i see a lots of people hanging out and talking to each other near fountain area but I just stay alone and after seeing people I just o back to my seat inside office.

I don't know I'm 25 but I find it difficult for my mind to do what I could have easily done in maybe 20-21, im more silent and calm but at the same time i overthink a lot more now.

If you guys have a space for 1 person in your friend group I would be more than happy to connect.
