Too many ads everywhere. All I hear is how the rich European founder settled in India but no unbiased opinion of the software.

Used a lot by small businesses in Europe/worldwide. Not very popular in India. Though it sucks imo.
Why?
Ui /ux looks outdated . Performance issues. Features also are lagging. I think it’s used as it very cheap wrt competition.
I know a couple of NGO which use it . UI has performance issues. I think it’s cheap . Might not work well if it’s corporate serious setup . Programming is in python . Gets job done is what I would say

Yes considerably cheap but old school ui. It is an affordable CRM kinda soln.
