Have 1:1 layoff meet in 4 hours. Fresher 3 months into my first job
As the title says, I have my 1:1 scheduled in 4 hours. Got placed through campus and have spent 3 months in the org and was interning there for 6 months. Pretty sure its a layoff meet.
Questions:
- Will it look bad or impact me while looking for another job?
- Should I add the 3 months FTE experience or should I just mention the 6 month internship experience period.
- Any other advice.

You will have them pop up in you UAN service history ( since you have pf component in your ctc ) and if you don’t include them it might cause issues in bgv for future companies. Very difficult to side step this, as per my understanding. Also it is pretty normal, you have a good ctc, people will be more than happy to hire you as immediate joiner.
