worst idea ever. its is naive to assume that manager behave in the manner becuase they are not aware of it.

the best constructive feedback? don't give any. What the fuck are they paid for? anyways most Indian manager do nothing but delegate. Their whole life is to forward emails saying "please take care". Let them use that brain of theirs. thats what they are paid for. Dont like the job? quit. want a better pay? change the company.

our role in the company is like that of a relay runner, carry the batton and hand over to the next guy. It ends there. How to win should be analyzed by the coach. Runners should not do the job of the coach.
