Hello folks, I really want to know. Am I underpaid

Could you please help in setting some salary benchmarks and what's the delta in compensation that I should seek to achieve

There’s no single benchmark as such. If you work at an Indian bank in ops/sales/prod role, they will pay you within the defined bands. You have to move out of that ecosystem to break that glass ceiling. Indian banks are trying to become modern with age old processes, barriers.

For the past two years, I've been a PM within the banking industry. Prior to that, I have five yoe in Category Management, in the e commerce space

I am seeking new opportunities outside of banking, primarily for salary advancement and would appreciate guidance on how best to navigate this career transition.

Ok, not easily but yes people with those creds do earn good money 💰
