In the best interest of your time, I will also implore you to read through my dating goals- makes sense to connect further only if there's absolute alignment on that front.
So, let's start with exchanging LinkedIn and IG profiles and proceed to a more usual/chilled out flow of things from there?

Do yourselves a favour and never use hinge or date those who do.
Why is this weird? The female has subtle sense of humour and also knows how to draw boundaries
She should be looking for partners on LinkedIn or some matrimony app instead of hinge. Basic common sense, she's not going to find the kind of people she wants on dating apps.
For dating to work, it needs an open mind. She's already closed all doors with so many filters.
Don't decide for her.

Given how online dating is, it seems like she doesn't want to waste her time or yours, nothing weird in my opinion.
This is the most boring way to initiate a conversation regardless. Any guy who has options (which is actually her Target audience) isn't going to entertain her.
I mean why would a sane person date such “toxically ambitious” person?. She doesn’t want a date but some career trophy. I would avoid such people (and online apps)at all costs.
That bumble CEO and her AI talking to each other as a replacement disophian shit suddenly makes sense.
