I have close to 6 years of experience as a data scientist- all hands on role. I lead workstreams & small sub teams. From here, how do I upgrade myself to a more leadership position in data science roles?
Most of my experience lies in traditional ML using python with a concentration in Pharma/Healthcare Industry.
What kind of skills should I pick up? And what kind of companies/roles I should aim for?
PS: I also completed my MBA recently.

Network more and shamelessly copy and follow what the 'leaders' in your field are doing. If possible try and get any of them to mentor you, or just get a relevant mentor
