How is Siemens?

I might receive an offer from Siemens and wanted to know how the work culture is...if someone can provide insights. I will be joining the global mobility team. What are the working hours like? How are the hike percentages and do we have it yearly?

Although they are offering me less than my expectations, I am still planning to join as I want a change and learn something new.

My current salary is 9.2 LPA They are offering 11 LPA
