@Chillbill - Not every product in this world is built with the intent to solve a user’s problems.
A few traits of a company with good product culture:
A company where outside-in approach is followed, where product vision is less ambiguous, where the goal post doesn’t change frequently, where the product and tech teams are respected as much as the business teams…etc.
Majorly it’s hire and fire. If you can avoid, should.
