How much CTC should I ask? Capgemini Invent
I am a GenAI engineer with more than 4 YOE, I cleared two rounds of interviews with Capgemini Invent. Sooner or later I am expecting a salary discussion call with HR .
Current CTC: 14.5(fixed) + 0.5(Variable) Current org: Cognizant

Ghosting after offer letter too ?
One of my friend received an offer from Capgemini and on the joining day they revoke his offer from portal and no response from HR team. Later friend escalated this things to capgemini customer support team, then after 4 5 days, he received offer with 5 lakh less amount. Be careful while depend on only capgemini offer and also try another offer parallely
Capgemini invent is known for ghosting. If you get a call back, well and good. Just a heads up to keep parallel interviews in your bucket as well, incase they do that.
Guess what, I have already been ghosted last year, same team reached out to me this time as well. The HR told me that nothing like that will happen again, just taking a leap

I too got interviewed for same role last month, holding an offer from capgi. They give 30% hike on your previous ctc and their max is 17 lpa. If your interview was that good you can try for 17. Infosys and deloitte usi are also hiring for the same role so you can try for them as backup.
