L4 is entry level, if you so badly want to join Amazon, go for it. Fresh out of college graduates will be in L4 and get promoted to L5 in 18 to 30 months Max.
Try L5 and it will be based on your current compensation, get how much ever you want before joining, after joining you won't get much hike except during promotion which will be hard from L5 and above.
