How to get software job from India in Japan?

I really want to move to Japan and looking for software jobs there. I have overall 4.5 years of experience in India. I applied in companies like PayPay, JP and Rakuten, JP but didn’t hear back from them so I guess I was not shortlisted for interviews. I don’t know any other well known software companies in Japan. There are recruiting agencies like Robert Half who approached me but I’m not too sure about those. Also I know there is Japanese language constraints which reduces the pool of opportunities for foreigners but I’ve been learning Japanese since 1 month and know basic phrases and it will take me at least 1 year to reach N3 level. I don’t want to wait that long and move there as soon as possible. Any advices from people who have been to Japan for work or any company recommendations which I can give a shot ?

I understand why you would want to move to Japan,

It is a great country to live in. I’ve always wanted to live in Japan, due to various reasons including its beauty, culture, and of course to experience life there.

I’ve completed 3 years at samsung and I was actively looking for a switch and I really would like to work at Salesforce.

Would you consider referring me to Salesforce?
Could I DM you regarding the same?

I don’t see any openings in Microsoft japan for software engineers on their careers page. Are you sure they are hiring? Work life I can manage I think.
