As I have joined Genpact with some hopes. Currently I am not getting opportunities as per my role, Should I Resign and Switch job but I have spent only 2 months in Genpact Now. Any suggestions please.

I had to wait almost 1.5 years to get assigned to a project. Even then , I was just tagged to the project with no work.
