I am a Full Stack Engineer, with 5 YoE. I've been working at 12LPA for almost 2 years. In the current company I am in, I got from 56K PM (During Probation) 70K PM (After probation) and 1L PM (Increment of 30K after working for an entire year).
Due to the market conditions I didn't get any hikes, simply because the company wasn't making any money.
Anyway, since I've started interviewing I don't know what to say as my expected salary. I know I am a quality engineer, my boss, and my seniors would agree. I just want to know what should be the salary for a above average engineer with my level of experience (5 YoE)
PS: I don't have a college degree, in fact I am a dropout, I hope it helps you guys make your guesses. Thanks!
I'm a college dropout too. Started up a couple years ago and raised a decent amount (7 figs USD). Would love to chat since we're hiring.
Atleast 25LPA. But you can go upto 30-40LPA if you have multiple offers
