I think 70% people have no budget,else they end up with fortune in longterm

Previous generation vs current generation savings or investing percentages have gone really low but the incomes have raise purchase power of a individual has gone down even though percapita income has been growing which suggests that people are prone to more risk of financial stability than earlier , somehow mass public has no budget if how much to spend and how much to save on income generated.
