I want to be at stage where I can earn 50 LPA after 2 years.

I am MTech from old IITs have work ex of 1.5 years, and currently my CTC is 18 and base 15. I want to build myself where I can earn 50 LPA(base ~ 35 lpa). What would you suggest?
