Please note if you know someone who is of manage or higher level employee your claim processes are easy. Better keep in touch with employee. Even the agent has to depend on the employee as they have no access or power to do anything as a agent.
Also agent will sell you a policy where he will get more commission where employee will not have any incentive or extra money for any sale of policy so employee will try to guide you to the best policy.
