Ideal profile for M7 MBA admit

I wanted to know what more I should be focusing on for getting the M7 admit in future (targeting for 2025/2026 cycle)

Current profile:

  1. College - BITS Pilani ( 6 cgpa) - 2021 pass out
  2. Experience - Working as Product manager
  3. More than Enough college PORs
  4. LORs from director and managerial level

Please suggest the next steps for working on the profile

Couple of options:

  1. Getting into consulting/VC etc.
  2. Working in a startup that eventually grows, showing promotions within that, and impact
  3. Working for a social organization; doing well there
