Im looking for a referral in Goldman or MS in data engineering or analytics

Hi im looking for a referral in either goldman or morgan stanley, i have applied multiple times but didnt grt any response I have over 5.5 years of experience With almost 2 yrs now in analytics and rest in engineering. Im confident on my logics of sql, good in ETL and have experience on unix, hadoop, spark. Would love to get my hands on python if i get the opportunity. Any help would be appreciated.
