I'm currently making 40lpa as a consultant in india. 4 years out of tier 1 mba. Interviewing with a UAE based startup for a strategy role. What would be the right number to quote. I'd quote 52LPA in India - looking for the AED equivalent.
Hmm 40 lpa with 4 yoe from Tier 1 seems low tho. 💀
I am thinking to switch to some UAE companies. How much monthly salary In AED should I ask if I am currently making 45LPA in Rupees.
