Infinia Solar work culture

Recently received an offer from Infinia Solar, a renewable energy consulting startup based in Noida. I’m curious to know more about the company’s work culture.

Additionally, the HR mentioned that before issuing the final offer letter, they require a screenshot or an email confirming that I’ve resigned from my current organization and that the resignation has been accepted.

Is this a standard practice?
