Hi der! Hope you all are having a good time. I just wanted to ask Suppose, If I am working for a company XYZ and have applied for different company ABC If I got a call from the recruiter and if I been asked when they can schedule the interview so how do I do this? I will be interviewing without bringing it to the notice of Current company. So how do I manage this? Will the interview be taken on weekends or post evening? Through your words here!

Okay, newbie, here you go:

  1. Don't tell anyone in your company.
  2. Don't share with friends who are not super close.
  3. Don't tell friends who are also your coworkers.
  4. Schedule a day; take WFH the day before and leave on the day of the interview.
  5. If you are interviewing for Google or similar, take early morning or evening slots; they are easier to crack.
  6. Pick a post-lunch slot, giving yourself a relaxed sleep with ample revision time.
  7. Don't mess up.

Don’t tell your current manager or company about interviews until you get the offer letter in hand.
Timings of interview depend on the company so ask them for slots.
