Interviewed by AI?

Has anyone seen this? I've given two interviews recently The first round was taken by AI. If you stick to Q&A, don't ask counter questions there's no way you can differentiate between humans / bots.

Maybe HR can make pixel perfect rangolis in future, TA tasks will be handled by AI only.

Put a comment company name if you've given an interview to an AI bot.

Yes, they can ruthlessly layoff all the engineers who feel that companies won't run without them, and also negotiate so much so that engineers would end up taking a paycut and join the firm 😂

Apply on work.mercor.com and see. Might be uncomfortable at first (watching your own face ) but truly an amazing experience.

How does this work? The bot crawls through your submitted resume and asks questions out of it. And my guess; it would convert speech-to-text for hiring people.

Not very sure if it can detect nervous-ness, confidence, angry moods from sentences but that would be cherry on top.

Pros:
1.Bot can ask que from your ans, then it gets back to other questions without losing context. Impressive!

2.If you ask it to repeat questions, it will.

3.Bot agrees to some of your answers but after a couple of questions sometimes you felt repeating itself but still overall 8/10.

Cons:

  1. Even if you bluff, bot won't argue with you. I'ld love to go into tech debt no in interview but in general 😅

Must try!!
