What are some good mutual funds to invest in for like 2.5 years. Specifically Mid Caps. And if not then should I diversify? Or should I go for debt funds? Needed some advice.

Thank you.

2.5 years is decent horizon. What’s your returns expectation and how much capital loss you are willing to take ?

Yes it is, but I can't take a lot of risk since time horizon is not that long. So it is a bit difficult to quantify the capital loss i can bear. And returns I want to maximize.

Just sure about the time horizon for now.
Any advice?

Thank you.

Too risky to go for midcaps for lumpsum at this valuation.

If the horizon is less than 5 years, stick to FDs.

DYOR. I would suggest starting with index funds with a low expense ratio.
