Ipad mini 6 battery drain issue
hey guys my iPad mini 6th gen was all good with Moderate usage i was getting battery backup for like 5-7 days with 1 charge.
But recently something odd happened now the battery wont last at all 1.5 days max shuts down after reaching 0😕
i visited apple support but they said everything is good The battery is in new condition.
I factory reset the ipad but still no luck.
feels disappointed 😞 the ipad experience now gone. 🥲

Did Apple support run any diagnostics?
yea only preliminary tests on battery health and the battery is in like new condition. later they suggested that I take fresh install of software, by wiping off data and to install os. for that they are asking 1800inr 🥲. the problem is it is out of warranty anyway and If the device was android I could have done the procedure myself but it is ipad im not familiar with it. the worst part is on the apple fourm for the same kind of issue many users has informed that the apple support team's process didn't help but only after getting battery replacement.
