Hi Everyone,

I am a Salesforce Developer and Administrator with 2 years of experience in the IT industry. Currently, I specialize in the Life Sciences domain and work on the IQVIA OCE Personal platform, which is built on Salesforce Sales Cloud.

From the beginning of my career, I have been deeply involved as an OCE developer and administrator. In my current client-facing role, I am responsible for managing country-specific clients, understanding their business needs, and working on user stories. I also troubleshoot and resolve system failures to ensure smooth operations for end users.
