Is it worth resigning without having a job? I am very frustrated with the amount of toxicity I am going through from the last few months, My teammate is trying their level best to frustrate me and doing politics. What should I do suggest?

Sorry to hear you're dealing with this. I've battled similar team politics and still do relentlessly. It's just another hurdle to overcome in the cutthroat environment of Big 4. Prioritize your mental health and consider taking the matter up with HR or management. Meanwhile, start scouting for new job prospects. Abruptly quitting without a backup plan could plunge you into financial turmoil, so resigning isn't recommended. Let me know if you need any assistance or backing.

Good luck!

I m a female but I hv faced similar issues while working with other females. Don't know why. Continue working for sometime like nothing happened and at later point change the project. Bdw I know depressing it can get. But don't get demotivated cuz of some colleague. Maybe take mon tue leave. U will get 4 days to relax n rewind

Just give value to your work and try ignoring them. Let your quality of work shout out for you 👍🏼

Start ignoring that team member and just focus on your work, family, friends. Try to inform your manager about conflicts and seek for help (ie, to atheist try keeping you both in different shifts etc atleast for some time), try changing project aswell. If both options not working try changing company.

Already tried but my manager scolded me for this that you cannot ignore your teammate like this and you have to work with her.
